Thank you for choosing our bridal shop. We want to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for you, so please take a moment to review our shop policy:

1.SHIPPING:
All international orders adopt unified standard shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days after shipment.
All shipping durations are approximate; delays caused by customs clearance, peak season or local logistics are beyond our control.

We arrange production and shipment as soon as payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, tracking number will be sent automatically to your registered email for parcel tracking.

Standard Shipping:
Cost-effective regular shipping, estimated delivery time is about 30 business days.

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
All bridal veils, necklaces and earrings are handmade customized goods made according to your personal selection. Production starts right after order confirmation.
Return application must be submitted via support email within 3 calendar days after you receive the package.

Items can only be returned or exchanged under below circumstances:
* Wrong item or wrong size shipped by our mistake
* Manufacturing defect & damaged products on arrival

Returned goods must stay brand new, unworn, free of perfume stain and keep original tags intact.
Buyer bears all return shipping fees for eligible returns. If returned goods are damaged, stained or lose resale value, buyer shall cover the corresponding loss.

Custom personalized products note:
Custom veils & customized jewelry without factory defects or wrong-size error cannot be returned or exchanged. Order cancellation is unavailable 24 hours after order placement once production begins.
Feel free to email us anytime during production for size, craft and detail consultation, we will reply promptly to solve your concerns.

3. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
All items are tailor-made per your requirement. Custom production starts quickly after payment.
Order cancellation is only available within 24 hours after checkout. Once customization is initiated, no cancellation request will be accepted. Contact our support in time if you have any order troubles.

4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
