Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All custom bridal veils, necklaces and earrings are handmade after your order confirmation. We need 3-7 business days for production arrangement before dispatching, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, unexpected logistics events or peak holiday seasons are beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping for orders over AUD90 / USD75 / GBP70 respectively for corresponding regions.

4. Tracking Information
Once goods are shipped, tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can track your parcel via the provided tracking link online.

5. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
If packages are returned to us due to wrong buyer-provided address or recipient refusal to receive , the buyer needs to cover a new reshipping cost for second delivery.
