Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Production Time
All custom bridal veils, necklaces and earrings are handmade after your order confirmation. We typically require 3–7 business days for production and packing before dispatching, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

2. Logistics Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We provide the following international shipping methods for you to choose from at checkout:
* Standard Shipping: Delivery via reliable regular postal networks. Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days after shipment.
* Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / EMS): Fast-track courier service for urgent orders. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment.
* Please Note: All shipping durations are approximate; delivery delays caused by customs clearance, international peak seasons, or local carrier logistics are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold
* Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied for orders over AUD 90 / USD 75 / GBP 70 respectively.
* Under Threshold Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

4. Tracking Information
Once your goods are dispatched, a tracking number and logistics link will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can trace your parcel status online anytime.

5. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
If packages are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect buyer-provided addresses or recipient refusal to sign, the buyer shall bear the reshipping fees for a second delivery attempt.
