1. Eligible Return & Refund Conditions
All bridal veils, necklaces and drop earrings are handmade customized items produced per your personalized selection. Return application must be submitted via our official email support@stardustveils.com within 3 calendar days after parcel receipt. We only approve return or full refund under the two situations below:
• Incorrect item or wrong size delivered due to our shipping error
• Items arrive with factory defect or damage caused during transit

2. Customized Item Exclusion Rule
Custom personalized veils & jewelry without production defects or our delivery mistakes cannot be returned or refunded for personal reasons including unsatisfied style, mismatched wedding dress, changed wedding plan or wrong self-selected size. Order cancellation and refund is unavailable once 24 hours pass after order confirmation as custom production is initiated. You can contact us anytime via email during production for product detail consultation.

3. Refund Processing Period
After we receive and inspect your returned intact goods, the refund will be arranged within 3–7 working days to your original payment account.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
